Play with limits
Crownpokies is for adults only (18+). Decide a budget and session length before you deposit, and use account tools for deposit, loss or time limits where available. Never chase losses with money meant for essentials.
Warning signs
Stop if gambling stops being entertainment, if you hide play from people close to you, or if it affects work, sleep or relationships. Take a break as soon as those signs appear — waiting rarely makes control easier.
Tools on the platform
Look for cool-off periods, self-exclusion and limit settings in your account area. Contact [email protected] if you need help activating a restriction. Ask for written confirmation that the change is in place.
Help in Australia
Use local support resources and national helplines for problem gambling when you need someone independent to talk to. Family and friends can also help you stick to a break. Return to play only when you have a clear budget and a cooler mindset.
